IFBB Pro Bikini Competitor, trainer and fitness cover model
India’s rise to success has been fast and fierce, winning Ms Bikini International in 2013 just three years after her first ever competition. A qualified police officer, she’s taken a break from catching criminals to focus on her passion: fitness. Stepping onto the podium for the first time in 2010, India qualified for nationals after winning the Novice Overall category, and coming second in her class at NPC Fort Lauderdale Cup.
Just four shows later she gained pro status after winning Bikini Overall at the NPC Junior Nationals in 2011. In her second pro show, India came second and qualified for the prestigious Bikini Olympia. She went on to win the IFBB Ft. Lauderdale Pro and IFBB Miami World Pro, and came sixth at Bikini Olympia; a great result for her first pro season.
The following year, India won the IFBB’s Pittsburgh Pro and New York Pro, while repeating her championship success at the Miami World Pro. In 2013, she beat the reigning champion to win Miss Bikini International. In 12 IFBB Pro League contests, India has won six and never finished lower than sixth. She also works as a fitness model, trainer and writer for women’s fitness magazines, motivating others to change their lives for the better.
