Both consist of<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>200g of chicken breast<br \/>\n60-80g of greens<br \/>\n180g of rice.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I like to season these meals with turmeric, cayenne pepper and apple cider vinegar.<\/p>\n<p>Along with meal 2 I have 1 tbs of peanut butter for a quick dose of healthy fats and to bump up the total calories of the meal.<\/p>\n<p>To finish off meal 3, which is usually my pre-workout meal, I have 100g of pineapple and 1 serving fat-free yoghurt&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-485 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bsn-supplements.com\/en-gb\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2017\/06\/fuel_eat3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"992\" height=\"499\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bsn-supplements.com\/en-ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/06\/fuel_eat3.jpg 992w, https:\/\/www.bsn-supplements.com\/en-ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/06\/fuel_eat3-300x151.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.bsn-supplements.com\/en-ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/06\/fuel_eat3-768x386.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.bsn-supplements.com\/en-ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/06\/fuel_eat3-152x76.jpg 152w, https:\/\/www.bsn-supplements.com\/en-ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/06\/fuel_eat3-640x322.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.bsn-supplements.com\/en-ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/06\/fuel_eat3-145x73.jpg 145w, https:\/\/www.bsn-supplements.com\/en-ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/06\/fuel_eat3-550x277.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.bsn-supplements.com\/en-ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/06\/fuel_eat3-123x62.jpg 123w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 992px) 100vw, 992px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Meal 4:<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;I like to make meal 4 a little more enjoyable than your standard Tupperware meal so I make it fresh whenever I can. Today it consisted of<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>200g of chicken<br \/>\n150g sweet potato<br \/>\n30g Asparagus<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I generally stick to herbs and spices to season my meals. It allows me to switch things up while staying on track (Say no to ketchup!).\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Meal 5: SIMPLICILTY for RESULTS<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;I like to keep meal 5 simple.
